If payment is more than 14 days past due, 10% late charge fee will apply. Computer Logic reserves the right to remove any web services from viewing on the Internet, to include email access, if payments are not made. If web services are suspended, a £50.00 re-activation fee will be applied to any outstanding balance before services are restored. In case collection proves necessary, the Client agrees to pay all fees (including all attorney's fees and court costs) incurred by that process.
On satisfactory completion of any web based services Computer Logic offer maintenance for a fee of £25 per hour. All customers recieve a 14 day period after product completion in which they can make CHANGES for free. Extra functionality not agreed in the design phase will be charged for. Computer Logic uses the same refund policies for maintenance as stated above for all company based work.
Computer Logic will not tolerate abusive customers and expects all customers to respect the staff, Computer Logic website and the client's contract. Customers who verbally abuse employees of Computer Logic or do not follow our guidelines set forth for completing projects and or communicating support requests will have services terminated immediately and without refund. Computer Logic does not tolerate abusive, offensive, dangerous, language or behaviour. Abusive communications in any form (email, phone, in person, etc.) are not tolerated.
Time-scales vary dependent on the service and the project. Computer Logic will be able to determine a time-scale when the requirements of the project are understood.
Customers of Computer Logic are welcome to use the car park providing there is space but must be aware they it is at OWNERS risk, Computer Logic cannot be held responsible for any damage or theft from vehicles parked in the car park.
